I have a rare background as both an environmental scientist and development economist with a degree from the University of Oxford as a full scholar under the prestigious British Chevening program, given only to the best and brightest talents outside of the UK.

Both of these expertise require mastery of science and mathematics and I am incredibly passionate about the understanding and utilization of math to the protection of the environment and encourage a behavioral shift towards a just society using economic models that make businesses a force for good.

I have been working in the forefront of corporate sustainability for nearly 20 years, from the United States, United Kingdom and Asia ranging from transportation, real estate, consumer goods and tourism industries. In these roles I lead the integration of the company’s environmental and social programmes globally to ensure that the business can thrive in the long-term.

I am one of the most multi-awarded sustainability professionals globally, mentioned in Forbes, Fortune, and, as one of the 26 women scientists in a US book on STEM professionals, and most recently winning the Oscars of the industry – The Edie Sustainability Leader of the Year 2019.
